Right of return (cancellation)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The return period begins on the day you – or a person designated by you who is not the delivery service – receive the last item of your order.

It is sufficient if you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires .

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Make sure to use a tracking number so that the package remains traceable.
Consequences of the resignation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund you:
✔ the value of your order
✔ Includes standard shipping costs of the original delivery
✘ Excluding any additional charges if you have chosen a more expensive shipping method.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
However, we may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer or
- TWINT
The payment method will be determined together with you.
There are no fees for the refund.
Products delivered in error
If you have received the wrong item or an extra item:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Please return the item unopened and in its original packaging .
- In this case , we will cover the return shipping costs (they will be refunded to you in advance).
Erroneous items that are not returned on time may be invoiced.
Exclusion of resignation
For hygiene reasons:
❌ Opened or used hair products are excluded from the right of return.
✔ Unopened , sealed products can be returned within 14 days .
You are only liable for a loss in value if it is due to handling that was not necessary to test the properties and functionality.
General information
- Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
- If the original packaging is missing, ensure adequate protection during shipping.
- Dirt or damage may lead to a claim for compensation.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs (except in the case of incorrect delivery).
