right of withdrawal
You may revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the supplier) received the last goods.

It is sufficient if you send your declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14 days.

consequences of the resignation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery). This reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.
We use bank transfer or TWINT for the refund. The payment method will be determined together with you. No fees will be charged for the refund.
Products delivered in error
Items delivered in error or in excess must be returned immediately in their original packaging, but no later than within 7 days. Any items not returned within this period will be invoiced.
The costs for returning goods delivered in error are borne by siztaz.ch. The return costs are transferred to the customer in advance.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Used or opened hair products are excluded from return for hygiene reasons. Once the seal has been removed, these products cannot be returned. However, unopened and sealed products can be returned within the 14-day period as long as they are unused.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this was caused by handling that was not necessary to check the characteristics or functioning of the goods.
General information
- No return of used products: Opened or used hair products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, unused, sealed products can be returned.
- Packaging: Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to protect the goods.
- Costs of return shipping: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
