SHIPMENT
The delivery time is usually:
- Switzerland: 2-3 working days
The shipping time begins as soon as we receive your order complete and error-free.
Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete, as incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays.
Please also note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during high order volumes, special promotions or seasonal peak periods.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package and view the delivery status at any time. 😊

We currently only sell within Switzerland.
If your order arrives incomplete or defective, we will proceed as follows:
- Contact customer service:
Send us an email to info@siztaz.com with your order number and a description of the problem. - Photos of the damage:
If possible, please include photos of the defective or missing items and the shipping packaging so we can quickly investigate the incident. - Solutions:
We will examine the case immediately and find a suitable solution! 😊
Please note that processing may take a few days until we have checked everything.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can return it to us within fourteen days of receipt. Please note the following points:
- Original condition: Products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.
- Returns: Send the package yourself with a proof of shipment so that it does not get lost. Include a note with your order number.
- Return shipping costs: You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Register a return: Send us an email to info@siztaz.com and let us know which products you want to return.
We do not provide a return label, so you must return the item at your own expense. Make sure that all conditions are met so that your return can be processed without any problems.
ORDERS
If you have not received an order confirmation, there are a few possible reasons:
- Check your email inbox: Please check your spam or junk folder, sometimes confirmations end up there.
- Correct email address: Make sure you have provided the correct email address when ordering.
- Complete the order process: It may also be that the order was not fully completed for technical reasons. Check whether the amount has been debited from your account.
If you still cannot find a confirmation, please contact our customer service info@siztaz.com with your order details and we will help you check and confirm the order.
To cancel your order, please proceed as follows:
- Contact our customer service: Contact us as soon as possible by email or using our contact form. Be sure to include your order number and request cancellation.
- Please note the time frame: Orders can only be cancelled as long as they have not yet been prepared for shipping. Once the order is being processed, we unfortunately cannot stop it.
- Refunds: If the cancellation is made in time, we will refund you the full amount.
If you have received an item that you did not order, please proceed as follows:
- Contact our customer service: Write us a message with your order number and a note about the incorrect item. We will investigate the case immediately.
- Provide photos: If possible, send us a photo of the incorrect item and your shipping packaging. This will help us to resolve and understand the error more quickly.
- Return or replacement: Our customer service team will then let you know if you need to return the item and how we will proceed - either by sending you the correct item or issuing a refund.
We will find a solution as quickly as possible and are always available to answer any questions you may have!

To register, simply create a customer account in our shop. As soon as your account is created, you are automatically a member of the Siztaz Inner Circle and start collecting points immediately. A separate registration is not necessary.

To see your points, simply log in to your customer account. In the “Siztaz Inner Circle” area, you can view your points balance at any time and find out how you can earn more points.
Login: Log in to your customer account and go to the Siztaz Inner Circle area.
Points overview: Here you can see your points balance.
Choose a discount: Select the discount you want and add it to your order. The corresponding value will then be automatically deducted from the total amount when you checkout.
