Right of withdrawal/right of return


Customers have the right to return the goods during 14 days after delivery of the goods. The right of return is exercised by returning the unopened goods, no justification is required. The return must be sent to:

Exercising the right of return will result in the conversion of the purchase contract into a return, after which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs of the return shipment shall be made by the customer.
After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid shall be refunded to the customer without delay.

A deduction from the purchase price to be refunded or an invoice for possible damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods remains reserved. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods necessary to ascertain their nature, condition and functionality. Siztaz.com may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


Siztaz.com warrants that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced at siztaz.com’s option, provided that the customer notifies siztaz.com of the defect by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If siztaz.com so wishes, the client must also immediately return the delivered products in the original packaging to siztaz.com, the shipping costs for which shall be paid by siztaz.com.
Any further warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damages caused by these products is excluded, unless siztaz.com has fraudulently concealed the product defects in question. However, if siztaz.com is able to make further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, siztaz.com will, as far as possible, assign these claims to the client at the client’s request. siztaz.com does not, however, accept any responsibility for ensuring that these claims can be successfully enforced. The same applies to any claims that siztaz.com may make against the postal service for damage that occurred during transport.
In particular, siztaz.com does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the use intended by the client or that they achieve a certain result.


Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
