Order

Shopping at the Siztaz Online Shop is easy and safe.
Just follow these few steps to place an order:
1. select one or more items you want to buy and then click on “Add to cart” in the Quick View, on the product page or by quick click.
2. you can now either continue shopping by adding more products to your shopping cart or you can complete the purchase directly.
3. if you want to finish your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon, then on “Checkout” and follow the steps in the order process. After finishing your order you will receive an e-mail as an order confirmation, which contains your order number and all articles and details are listed again. Please check the correctness of the items and the delivery address again.

Change order: You can add an item up to a maximum of 2 hours after receiving your order if the order is not ready for shipping.

Please send us an email to [email protected] within 2 hours and add your name, order number and the desired item. We will check the request and contact you promptly regarding payment or stock.
Please keep in mind that changing your order may delay the processing of your order as well as the indicated delivery time.

Cancellation: Please send us an hour after placing your oder an E-mail.

If your shipment was not delivered and the supplier did not attempt to deliver it even though you were at home, please let us know and send us an e-mail to [email protected]
